Printable Service Hour Sheet

• Families of students in grades K-8 are required 15 service hours for the school year.

• Families of students whose children attend Preschool only are required 7 hours of service.

• Families whose students are in both Preschool AND in K-8 are required 15 hours of service.

• The deadline to complete service hours is 05/01/2026. Please return completed forms to the school office.

• Families will be billed $20.00 per unserved hour.

• Families are expected to complete service hours using the form located in the school office or digitally.
